Need a hand with BoraFit? Email [email protected] and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two business days.

When something has gone wrong, the three things that help most are: what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth more than all three.

Getting in

BoraFit is not self-serve. The app is where an athlete puts data in and the coach's desk is where the plan is made, so an account only exists once a coach has invited you.

  • You have an invite code. Open the app, tap Joining a coach? Enter your code, and type it in. A coach can also send you a link that opens the app straight onto the invite.
  • You do not have a coach yet. There is nothing to sign up for at the moment. Email us and we will tell you when that changes.
  • You are a coach. The desk lives at coach.borafit.me.

Signing in

BoraFit uses Google sign-in or an email and password. If sign-in fails repeatedly, or the app says it cannot reach the sign-in service, the usual cause is a network that blocks it — try mobile data rather than Wi-Fi once before writing in, because it narrows the problem down immediately.

Your data

  • Weight is always stored in kilograms and centimetres. Pounds and inches are a display preference; nothing stored is converted, so switching units cannot change a reading.
  • Progress photos are yours. They are shown to the coach you are working with and to nobody else. There is no sharing, no export to your camera roll, and no public link.
  • You can take everything with you. Profile → Export my data writes a file you can keep.
  • You can delete everything. Profile → Delete account erases your data immediately and permanently — there is no soft-delete and no recovery window, and your coach loses access at once. Photo files are removed from storage before the account is; if they cannot be, the deletion stops with nothing removed and tells you to try again rather than reporting a completeness it did not achieve.

Reporting something that looks wrong

Numbers are the thing worth reporting fastest. Trend weight, calorie targets and estimated expenditure are all computed rather than typed, so if one of them looks impossible it is either a bug or an input we should explain. Send the date, the number you saw, and what you expected — those three make it reproducible.
